And refreshment is the best way to exhaustion. Some people think it's a light snack or drink, especially given in a public place or in a public event. But not only that, it is a way of achieving mental peace for some time. In fact, refreshment means that it gives new energy. The KAFI METHOD is a method. It is a method which by following will bring a different change in our life. Which will be reflected through our every thought and daily action. Usually people are the only victims of the situation. So rather than being controlled by the situation, you have to control the situation. And this requires the right decision. Which KAFI METHOD gives us through refreshment. For example, when we perform some task on the computer, we often press refresh. So that the work displayed on the screen can be updated. In the same way, when we are performing a task, we become mentally and physically tired and exhausted. Then we also need refreshment to maintain mental and physical energy. And the KAFI METHOD is an attempt to fill our life with happiness and peace through this refreshment. If we are able to make us as a conscious and good-hearted person in this society. Basic concept
Refreshment means to engage in a new activity. And if that work is good for oneself and others, then that will be the best work. In fact, since man is the greatest creature on earth, the responsibilities of work on earth also fall upon him. And doing the right thing for the sake of self and others is a sign of humanity. In a word, it means to perform the duty properly. Of course, it should be from the human side. For example, it can be said that a doctor cures a patient by treatment. It was his professional duty. But treating the patient well, explaining well to the one who is with the patient, these are among the human qualities. And the meaning of life is to be able to carry these human qualities in one's self in a right and beautiful way through peace. Only by following the refreshment ways can we easily attain this eternal happiness and peace in our lives. This is the specialty of refreshment. What is refreshment Refreshment is the start of a new initiative. Because people are naturally tired or exhausted from the mental and physical aspects. And refreshment is the best way to exhaustion. And it is undeniable that if you follow the path in a broad sense, it will bring benefits for yourself, the society and the nation. Now we will remember a beautiful moment which is really very pleasant and enjoyable for us. It can be from our own life or someone else's life. From here we will find ways to keep our mind or heart beautiful all the time. Which will inspire good deeds. Because a beautiful mind always wants something good for itself or for someone else. It will always help to keep our heart soft and clean.

Therefore, our previous two points will be very helpful and help you to make yourself a great listener. Which will play an important role in building endurance. And with patience everything is possible.

When we talk to someone, our presentation should be specially emphasized. It must be remembered that presentation is a touchy subject by which people are easily influenced. For example, if any human mind is soft and clear, beautiful outlook and patience to listen, his speech will be completely different from others. Which can play a very helpful role in building skills.

Protect me from all evil deeds of this world. Always keep me free from all kinds of dangers. O Allah, bless me and everyone else. Give strength to go on the right path throughout the day. Such necessary requests should be expressed to Almighty Allah. Whole day : When we see a person's suffering or problem, we have to say O Allah, help the person. And if we do something wrong, we will say, O God, please forgive us. Everyone should say what they know is good and refrain from what is not right. Of course the presentation should be beautiful and elegant. Before sleeping :
Thanks God for this day. Now think about the work of the whole day with great attention. Thanks to Allah for the good work and will be ashamed of the evil deeds and will pray for forgiveness. Note :

Exploration for refreshment : We have to acquire the ability to observe the events of our daily life and solve problems from them. When we look at the time what we see are the different kinds of anomalous activities that are constantly happening in this society. For example can be said, indignity in our love, behavioral problems, tendency to lie, greed, restlessness, cheating, violence, lack of patience and fairness, devaluing education, not respecting people, indulging in unjust and immoral activities, also creating various types of chaos in the society etc.
The purpose of refreshment is to free oneself from such activities and lead one's life and that of others towards happiness, peace and dignity. And in order to fulfill this purpose, it is essential to follow some things.
Belief, willpower, habit and practice Belief : People generally believe in three ways. By seeing, hearing and witnessing. And the disbeliever is not by obeying. They don't believe what they can't see. Although they believe in things unseen. Willpower : Willingness is desire to get something. It depends on the needs or wants of the people. Habit : A habit is something that people do over and over again. Which is called habit is the second nature of man. Practice :
It will be possible to take the right decision by practicing the above three tasks regularly. So right belief and strong will power should be converted into hard habit. Note :

People generally spend their lives with pleasure or pain. He doesn't get time to think about life. What is the reason for this? When a man is grounded in the world, he cannot understand or speak anything. Can only see and hear. But nothing can be achieved. As time goes by he learns to achieve. After some more time, familiarity with the external environment is formed. Which is kind of a big change. Here the difference in people's thinking and consciousness is observed in their different behavior, attitude and work style. A new education expands. And this is social learning. Which is constantly changing. Now in view of the above discussion it can be seen that a human being is generally controlled by two environments. So those who learn to think normally continue to do so. Good in good environment and bad in bad environment. Because they are not interested in the deeper meaning of life. Traditional way of life is important to them. So they pass the time of life with pleasure or pain.
What can we do to achieve real peace? Have to find out A man's first task is to find his true identity. To know or have a good idea about oneself. And there is a very simple way to do this. The way is to think. It is observed that when a person is motivated to do something, he first thinks about it. Then shows interest in doing that job. In the same way, it is enough to think of only three questions to know about yourself. The three questions are : 1. From where have I come ? 1. Why have I come ? 1. Where will I go ? Is it possible for a person to be harmed by those who can deeply understand these three questions? Be it a believer in any religion or a non-believer who does not believe in any religion. It is very natural for a human being to understand this. As a proof, if a person thinks deeply at the exact moment when he can concentrate on something, he can easily understand his identity. And understand that he is dependent on patience and waiting. For example, a computer can do many types of work. But tasks are subject to command. As it has creation, it also has destruction. The human workplace is also like that. He can also do a lot of work. There are also commands. He also has creation and destruction. But he has his own mind and will. Commands can be obeyed or broken if desired. But that is not possible in case of computer. Humans are capable of doing whatever they want as they exercise their will power. Only about 4 to 5% of this mysterious universe is visible that humans have been able to understand or know so far. The remaining 95 to 96% are still unknown. Yet people are apathetic about this. And very little time has been given to understand it. Again this short time is quite risky. Because the time from birth to death is absolutely uncertain. Can happen at any time. So knowing yourself is very important. Must remember :
No one is yours in this world There are certain things that must be known in order to progress towards achieving the right peace. First you need to know about your family. All people live with some kind of family. Some with parents, some with brothers and sisters, some with uncles and aunts or in orphanages. No matter where they live, they must follow any religious book. Need to know details about that religious book. Apart from this, a good knowledge of other religious books should also be acquired. Like we read different books to get education or knowledge. In making assignments we try to read books by different authors. But then this matter is not considered that the writer is a follower of any religious book. We do that to make a good assignment. Hoping for a good result. Which will help in fulfilling life goals. Although that goal is only world-centric. Which depends on the risk period. Not focused on the next time or hereafter. Because this life is full of accountability. So one should study the best and most important books for what to do for the afterlife. In this case we have to select religious books and read them in detail. And it must be remembered that the origin of man is from one place and the destination is also rooted in the same place. While reading the books one must remember that the main objective is to progress towards one's liberation. What one would think while reading is that religious texts have inspired people to do good deeds. Because religious books are guidance for people. What people will or cannot do, how and why they will do it, and what will happen if they don't, are recorded. After reading the texts, some things are consistent and many things are inconsistent. There is nothing to be upset about. As the texts are different, it is natural that the words are also different. But the concept given about the Creator is one and the same. In the same way it is said that the world will be destroyed one day. And that will be only by God's command. As many similarities as there are many inconsistencies can be noticed in such words. That is why it is normal to have a difference if any guidelines are given in stages. It should be noted here that the difference is that things are richer and fuller than before. The most important in that respect is the last guideline. Because nothing can be added to that guidance just as nothing can be subtracted from it. And that will be the universal guideline. Where sovereignty belongs to a great creator and it is everyone's responsibility to follow the guidelines. And therein lies true peace. If we think about it Does the guide contain anything that is harmful to humans? But man wants to dominate his willpower. So he expresses his views in his own way. Humans can only imagine things like birth, death and the afterlife. And to ensure that, the help of the Creator is needed. Any created being has only the knowledge given to him by the Creator. But God's knowledge is unlimited. So it is better to be patient and wait and follow his instructions through regular practice with faith in the Creator. So that he can be able to achieve his own success as a passenger on the path of liberation. Only the successful person will be able to attain eternal peace through God's forgiveness. In view of the above discussion, it can be seen that it is not a right decision to go ahead without knowing or understanding anything about life well and depending on what someone hears. Rather, knowing and understanding the decision yourself will be correct and more reasonable. Actually we realize the value of something when we lose it. But knowing the time was worth it. Now if we look at the guidelines, it can be seen that the creator has given a man the power to make his decisions very freely. One can choose a religious guideline of his choice and follow it. And if it seems that any guidance is not acceptable or trustworthy to him, then he can follow his own opinion without following it. Because man is the only visible creature on earth that has a will of his own. So he is able to take any decision regarding his life. Now a believer and an unbeliever should have one thing in common. That is human values. It is natural for a believer to have values. And the unbeliever has more values. Because he himself guides his way. But what is the matter? An example related to doctrine A boy tried to molest a girl. Then both of them were produced before the judge. When the judge asked the boy about the incident, the boy said that this girl always used to walk around in attractive clothes. And the girl is quite impressed by this attractive dress and behavior and has to face such an incident. Similarly the girl commented that the boy should have restrained his gaze. There is logic in both words here. So both of them are instructed to walk carefully and gracefully in future. After a few days this incident was repeated. When asked about the incident, they gave the same statement as before. Then the judge thought it over and came to the conclusion that both were guilty here. Because the girl did not cover her body with modest clothes. As a result the boy is attracted to her beauty. So from now on, if any girl or woman tries to attract the attention of any boy or man by her physical dress, grooming or gestures, she will be brought under punishment. Along with that her father or husband should also be included in the punishment. And if the boy tries to molest the girl despite no crime. Then the boy will be brought under punishment and severe exemplary punishment will be given. The first decision above was a temporary solution to a perennial problem. And if the latter decision is chosen, the level of crime is bound to decrease. Do you need a degree from the world's highest university to accept such a system? Or is it enough to have the knowledge of a beautiful vision? And does it go against religious guidelines? Different doctrines According to them, the words of those who have a different doctrine made up in their own minds are different. There are some things mentioned below :
- This is the beginning and this is the end Some of these are different doctrines. This type of doctrine is formed when one is immersed in materialistic thinking and worldly outlook. Which is tolerable but not peaceful. What will happen then The day when the world will be destroyed and all will be returned to the Creator. What will happen then... All those who believe and those who don't close their eyes for one (1) minute and think. Is there any way... Because everyone is powerless that day. Except the great Creator who has only absolute power. Only the mercy and forgiveness of the great Creator will be freed that day? So will anyone be considered worthy of forgiveness except those who believe in God and do righteous deeds and advise each other to truth and patience? Workplace : No matter what kind of profession a person is engaged in, it is essential to maintain respect and commitment to his work. Then the surrounding environment will be beautiful as well as mental peace will prevail. Which is very important in a developed nation. Actually work is something that continues from the beginning to the end of life. So special care should be taken on the type of work. And the type of work depends mainly on the thinking power and requirements. So positive thinking and specific requirements make work more beautiful and interesting. Due to which people's life system becomes easier. Certain qualities are essential to make a person's workplace beautiful. such as
- Telling the truth And if you can keep these qualities in yourself, then the right workplace will be created. Basically, both good and evil in the world depend on actions. So work should be done with awareness. If a person does his job honestly while working in his organization then he is able to play an important role in ensuring human rights and implementing the work. Due to which people were helped to show the way to live beautifully. For example, it can be said that if a doctor or a teacher in our country performs their duties properly, it is possible to bring about positive development in the health and education system of the country. As a result of which the awareness of health related issues will increase as well as it will be possible to achieve humanity through proper education system. Which is precious for all time. Because a sound mind and right knowledge help to keep people free from greed and pride. It should be remembered that people are greedy for money and money increases pride. The consequences of which are very terrible. Meaning is the urge of necessity and action is the indication of liberation. which is revealed through time. Hence the proper application of healthy thinking is particularly observed. Must remember, "Good deeds are the way to liberation". Which is essential for humans. So if you can maintain the beauty of work, just as peace of mind is achieved in this world, it will be the most valuable path for the hereafter. Life will be beautiful if you always follow these things. So,
